Dr. Serdar ÇAM
He was born on March 30, 1966 in Ankara. Due to his father's job at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he completed his primary education in Libya and France and his secondary education at Lefkosia Turkish Maarif College. Dr. Serdar Çam, who graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Chemical Engineering, carried out his master's studies in Germany and Belgium. He received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Boston University and his PhD in International Marketing from Marmara University.

Dr. Serdar Çam, who started his career as an Assistant Expert at the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade/Central Anatolian Exporters' Association in 1992, worked as a Research Assistant at Kırıkkale University between 1994-95 and then served as Deputy Secretary General of MÜSİAD between 1995-99. From this date until 2002, he worked as a manager in the field of foreign trade in private companies in Switzerland and Istanbul.

Dr. Serdar Çam, served as the Private Secretary of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in his office in the Turkish Grand National Assembly during his prime ministry. Between 2009 and 2011, he served as the Private Secretary of the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Between 2011 and 2019, he served as the President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Vakıf Emeklilik between April 2016 and June 2020. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University. With the Presidential Appointment Decree No. 30750 dated 19 April 2019, T.R. He was appointed as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Dr. Serdar Çam speaks fluent English and French, and basic German and Arabic. He is married with three children.
