Somalia’s Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Sheikhali visits YTB

The Somaliland crisis, which has been going on for a while between Ethiopia and Somalia, has been resolved with the mediation of Turkey. The landmark Ankara Agreement marked a new beginning for both countries. Somalia’s Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Hassan Moallin Muhamoud Sheikhali, who was part of the Somali delegation, visited YTB and met with YTB President Abdullah Eren. During the visit, cooperation opportunities for the friendly and brotherly Somali people in many fields, especially Turkey Scholarships, were discussed. 

 

Speaking at the meeting, YTB President Abdullah Eren said: “I was very pleased to host Hassan Moallin Muhamoud Sheikhali, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of Somalia, at our institution. During our meeting, we discussed our cooperation opportunities for the friendly and brotherly Somali people in many fields, especially Turkey Scholarships. In addition, it is a source of pride for us that our Somali brothers and sisters who graduated from Turkey will work in the Somali Ministry of Justice.”
