Scope of the Scholarship

The applicants who are enrolled in a master’s or doctorate program abroad and writing or preparing to write their thesis are covered by this scholarship on the condition that they meet the application requirements.

Eligible Countries

Applicants who are enrolled in master’s or PhD programs in one of the following countries: the United States, Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, England, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Canada, Norway, Russia and Saudi Arabia.
